Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact Wag Cabin through the contact form. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Some products may not be eligible for return, including final-sale items, personalized items, hygiene-sensitive goods, gift cards, or items damaged by misuse. Product pages and checkout notes will control when a specific item has additional return limits.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
