Wag Cabin ships practical dog and cat supplies to United States addresses that are eligible at checkout. Some items may be fulfilled by trusted suppliers or fulfillment partners after an order is placed.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are sent to fulfillment within 1 business day. Typical processing before carrier pickup is 2 to 5 business days. Processing can take longer during supplier, inventory, carrier, weather, holiday, or address-verification delays.

Estimated delivery

For eligible US orders, estimated delivery is typically 7 to 15 business days after processing unless checkout shows a different estimate. Shipping rates, available services, and final delivery estimates are shown before payment.

Free shipping

Eligible U.S. orders ship free at checkout. Shipping eligibility and available services are shown before payment; no discount code is required.

Tracking

Order confirmation and tracking details are sent by email as soon as they are available from the supplier or carrier.
